Below are FAQ on some common concerns that our customers might have before making a purchase with us. If you have other questions, please just send it to e-comm@onesourcerv.com
We can do custom orders depending on certain specifications. Just reach out to our customer support for inquiries.
Most orders ship within 24 hours, some can take up to 24-48 if they are placed late on a Friday as they won't ship until Monday morning.
Some orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box. If you do not have a larger P.O. Box, or your post office does not accept large packages to P.O. Boxes, we recommend you ship to a physical address.
We ship primarily UPS and USPS, but we sometimes use FedEx as well.
If you are looking for expedited shipping please give us a call. We must verify quantity and location of the item before we can promise expedited shipping. This will also be an additional charge to your shipping costs.
Pickups can be arranged but due to the COVID pandemic, we are trying to refrain from in person contact as much as possible. Please call if you are trying to arrange for pick up.
If there is an issue with the item you received please contact us immediately by phone. In other cases, items can be returned to the address below. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is opened and/or not in the original packaging it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please provide us with the manufacturer name, model number and serial number of the item in reference.
Our customer service team is always your best option when you are having trouble trying to identify the right item you need. Simply reach out through our online chat option, call us using the contact support link or send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Normally we do not provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to connect to the chat option in the bottom right corner of our website and leave your information for a reply and someone should get back to you ASAP.
