Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Electrical items including power cords and circuit boards
Appliance gas valves
Any installed items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please contact us before initiating a return. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable "New" condition.

 

Damaged items must be reported immediately.

Incorrect or damaged items that are received at fault of the shipper are subject to a full refund or exchanged for the correct product.

All other returns must be made within 14 days with prior authorization from the shipper.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to COVID-19 and the overwhelming demand, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the return of all sanitation products.

Shipping charges are never refunded.

If item(s) fail after 30 days, it is up to the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or replacement.

Special order items, electrical items, and items that require freight truck shipping are not returnable.

Returns are only accepted at the location below. No exceptions!

A refund for returned goods (In original condition) will be made as soon as the product is received and inspected.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at e-comm@onesourcerv.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at e-comm@onesourcerv.com and send your item to: One Source RV LLC, 2004 Wood Court, Suite C, Plant City FL 33563, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

We are dedicated to getting our customers their deliveries quickly. If you order by 2 pm EST, Monday - Friday, then your order will go out of our warehouse on the same day. Any orders received after 2 pm will go out the next business day. We ship out of our Warehouse 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. If you are ordering after 2 pm but would like for it to go out the same day, then please give us a call and we will see what we can do.

**Please note any items on backorder or dropship orders and
their estimated availability dates will impact the shipping date.

We ship primarily UPS and USPS, but we sometimes use FedEx as well.

Fed Ex and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Not all items can be shipped via US Mail which can deliver to a PO Box. If possible we will ship these items by US Mail, otherwise we will require a physical address. Also large bulky items cannot always ship to PO boxes.

If you are looking for expedited shipping please give us a call. We must verify quantity and location of the item before we can promise expedited shipping. This will also be an additional charge to your shipping costs.

Pickups can be arranged. Please call if you are trying to arrange for pick up.

We can do custom orders depending on certain specifications. Just reach out to our customer support by chat or call 407-908-1133 for inquiries.

Product Inquiries

To best identify what part or component you need our customer service representative would need the manufacturer part number or model and serial number.

Requirements for information vary depending on the part, additional information may be needed. Luckily our customer service representatives have extensive RV knowledge to help you get the right part the first time.
